i've started a new journal, it's a coptic bound journal from somavenus and the pages are wonderfully random: yearbooks and illustrations and vintage fashion magazines. the journal is nice & compact at 4 x 5 - i don't like carrying heavy journals with me all the time.

hello there! i saw your post on dawbis' blog so i decided to come on over!
i love your new journal- i make coptic bound journals and when i read that you like your new 4"x5" journal, i was really happy because i get so many people who tell me that they like bigger journals!!! i personally like the smaller ones though- so easy to carry around and they just seem to have more charm to them :)
take care and try to have fun in school!
i find smaller journals easier to work with. to me they aren't as intimidating.
