etsy wishlist

i'm pretty addicted to etsy. well actually, i'm always on etsy ever since i joined january of last year. & here are some of my recent favorites...we all know the holidays are coming up ;)
but i am definitely planning to shop on etsy and indie craft fairs like bazaar bizaare, and avoid spending at the mall, though i have to admit it can be hard to shop for my friends...and gift cards are easy.

i had a fun time last saturday meeting a group of etsy sellers for coffee in berkeley. around 10 people showed up, which was great! we chattered and talked all about etsy and selling for about 2 hours in an otherwise quiet coffee shop (except for our group) and it was fun, i think it would be great to meet up once a month.

etsy poster contest

i made this poster for the contest etsy was running. they asked everyone on etsy to make a poster of items found on site, in whatever theme/color we wanted - we were completely free to compose the poster in any way we wanted.. my poster was one of the 60 winning posters the judges selected out of 901 posters that were submitted! i still dont know how they selected the winners, since all the posters i looked at were wonderful.
